Welcome to Agent Content Kit. By subscribing to or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") and Agent Content Kit ("we," "us," or "our"). Our services are intended for real estate professionals in the United States.
Agent Content Kit provides a monthly subscription service delivering done-for-you social media content for real estate professionals. Depending on your chosen plan, services may include:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of our services at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Agent Content Kit to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. Billing occurs on the same date each month following your trial period.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is required at signup but will not be charged until day 8. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial period, your subscription converts to a paid monthly plan automatically.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 14 days written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your content kit until the end of the period you have paid for. To cancel, contact us at agentcontentkit@gmail.com or use the customer portal link provided in your billing emails.
Upon subscribing and maintaining an active subscription, Agent Content Kit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all content delivered to you for your personal real estate business social media accounts. This license is for your individual business use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
All content, templates, frameworks, and materials created by Agent Content Kit remain our intellectual property. The license granted above does not transfer ownership of any materials to you.
When you post content based on our deliverables, you are responsible for any modifications you make and for ensuring the final content complies with all applicable platform terms and real estate advertising regulations in your area.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
Agent Content Kit provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the results you will achieve from using our content. Real estate marketing results vary based on factors outside our control including your market, your posting consistency, platform algorithm changes, and other variables.
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, followers, clients, or commissions as a result of using our service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Content Kit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of clients, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Agent Content Kit. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes.
Because our service delivers digital content on a monthly basis, we operate a no-refund policy on delivered content kits. However, we handle every situation with fairness and will work with you to find a resolution.
All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. No refund is necessary as no payment was taken.
We encourage you to fully explore your content kit during the trial period to ensure the service meets your needs before your first billing date.
Once your trial period ends and your first payment is processed, that payment covers your content kit for the current billing month. Because your monthly content kit is delivered digitally at the start of each billing cycle, we do not offer refunds on payments already processed for the current month.
You may cancel at any time and your subscription will not renew for the following month. You will retain access to your current month's content until the end of the billing period.
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

Cancellations requested before your next billing date will prevent the next charge. Cancellations requested after a billing date apply to the following month.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and without the need for a dispute process. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account.
